The Challenge
Furniture and home goods involve heavy visual exploration: multiple finishes, dimension checks, high-resolution lifestyle photography, and real-time inventory checks. Most existing marketplace apps suffered from clunky navigation, lagging product filters, and overwhelming multi-step checkouts that drove high drop-off rates.
The goal was clear: build a lightweight mobile app that feels instantaneous to browse, presents spatial information intuitively, and reduces the checkout flow to under 30 seconds.
The Thinking
We stripped away decorative noise to give products center stage. Rather than forcing users through traditional nested menus, we designed a continuous horizontal-and-vertical browsing model with persistent search and category jumping.

Key product specs, fabric variants, and dimensions are displayed contextually on demand rather than cluttering the initial viewport.
Frictionless Purchasing
A unified one-thumb bottom-sheet checkout that retains state even when switching networks or verifying payment details.
The Build
We engineered the app with strict performance targets: 60fps animations, under 100ms interaction feedback, and intelligent image caching for high-res asset thumbnails.
Offline-First Caching: Pre-fetches adjacent catalog pages and persists user cart state locally.
Real-Time Inventory Sync: Instant websocket feedback when items low on stock are reserved.
Native Hardware Optimization: Seamless integration with biometric authentication and native payment gateways.
